Introduction About KETOMED+ SOAP
Ketomed+ Soap is used to control, manage fungal infections and yeast infections of skin such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, and tinea versicolor. It is also used for dandruff (dry whitish scales of scalp) and seborrhoeic dermatitis. It contains Ketoconazole as the main ingredient.
Ketoconazole inhibits the synthesis of certain compounds that are essential components of the fungal cell membrane, resulting into increased cellular permeability that causes leaking of cellular contents. Moreover, it also impairs various important biological processes inside the fungal cell body required for its survival, thereby works against fungal cell bodies. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant most commonly for skin products to promote skin health and appearance.
Use Ketomed+ Soap as advised by your physician. It is recommended to be used during bathing. Do not wash the managed area after immediately using it. Avoid using it around your eyes, nose, or mouth. Do not stop using Ketomed+ Soap without informing your doctor.
