How DROTIN INJECTION Works

DROTIN INJECTION contains a medicine called drotaverine which works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the body, especially those in the digestive and urinary systems. It does this by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase (PDE-4), which leads to an increase in certain molecules that help muscles relax. This action helps to relieve pain and discomfort caused by muscle spasms, like those experienced in conditions such as cramps, stomach pain, or menstrual pain.
