 Uses of Dicyclomine+Paracetamol
The combination of Dicyclomine+Paracetamol is used for the management of stomach cramps, renal and biliary colic, as well as pain from gynaecologic or surgical conditions. It is also used to manage functional bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Dicyclomine+Paracetamol works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It prevents unexpected muscular contractions (spasms). It also reduces bloating, pain, cramps, and discomfort. Paracetamol is analgesics and antipyretic as well works by inhibiting both COX-1 and COX-2 enzyme and prevents prostaglandin synthesis, thus reliefs pain.

- Serious allergic reaction such as rashes, hives, itching, red, swollen, blistered, shortness of breath, wheezing, cough, difficulty breathing, swallowing, or talking, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, legs and arms

- Where a dicyclomine injection was administered, there is bruising, swelling, or pain
