Uses of Betamethasone+Salicylic Acid+Zinc Oxide
Betamethasone+ Salicylic Acid+ Zinc Oxide is topically applied on skin's surface to reduce the redness and itching brought on by specific skin problems (such as eczema, and psoriasis). It is also used to treat diaper dermatitis and minor skin irritations (such as cuts, burns etc) and used to protects against sunburns.

How Betamethasone+Salicylic Acid+Zinc Oxide works
Betamethasone has anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic and vasoconstrictive properties. It works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching. Salicylic Acid acts as keratolytic by causing the protein keratin, (which makes up most of the outer skin structure), to soften. This helps in removing dry, scaly skin easily by helping to loosen it. Zinc oxide acts as an antiseptic emollients and skin protectants, works by creating a physical barrier that protects the skin from irritants and improves skin repair.
