Introduction About VIVIAN CH TABLET
VIVIAN CH TABLET is used for acute or chronic osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, spondylosis, and other ortho-degenerative disorders, as well as pain management. This medicine is also used for acute traumatic injury, postoperative wounds, dental abscess, acute suppurative otitis media, caesarean section/episiotomy, sciatica (pain along the path of the sciatica nerve, which runs from the lower back to the legs), and sports injuries.
VIVIAN CH TABLET is a combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Trypsin Chymotrypsin, which belongs to a group of medicines called Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs, Analgesic and Antipyretic agents, and Proteolytic enzymes, respectively. It works by blocking the effects of prostaglandin (a substance produced during injury and inflammation that causes pain), thereby inhibiting pain signals between the brain and nerve endings. It also resolves the signs and symptoms of inflammation due to tissue injury and facilitates the repair process through its anti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic properties.
Do not take VIVIAN CH TABLET if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems. VIVIAN CH TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.
VIVIAN CH TABLET is not recommended for use in children, and it should be used with caution in elderly patients. The common side effects of taking VIVIAN CH TABLET are headache, nausea, constipation, wind, indigestion, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Consult your doctor if the symptoms do not improve.

How To Manage Side Effects
Diarrhea
Drink plenty of clear fluids, like water, diluted fruit juices, or oral rehydration solutions, to stay hydrated. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic beverages, as they can worsen dehydration. Gradually take bland, low-fiber foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast to help firm up stools. Probiotics, found in yogurt or supplements, may help restore the balance of gut bacteria. Practice good hand hygiene to prevent the spread of infection. Consult your doctor if diarrhea worsens.
Headache
Ensure adequate fluid intake, as dehydration can cause headaches. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, aiming for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night. Eat balanced meals at regular intervals to avoid blood sugar fluctuations that can trigger headaches. Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to reduce stress levels. Engage in regular physical exercise, which can help reduce the frequency and severity of headaches. Apply a cold pack or warm compress to the forehead or neck to alleviate pain.
Nausea And Vomiting
Stay hydrated with small sips of clear fluids like water, ginger ale, or electrolyte solutions. Avoid consuming large meals; instead, opt for bland, easy-to-digest foods. Ginger, peppermint, or chamomile tea may help soothe the stomach. Rest in a comfortable position, preferably with your head elevated, to ease symptoms. Consult your doctor if nausea and vomiting persist.
Skin rash Or Itching
Keep the affected area clean and dry and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation or infection. Apply calamine lotion to help reduce itching and inflammation. Applying cool compresses and wearing loose, breathable clothing can also provide relief. If the rash persists, consult your doctor.
