• Tell your doctor if you are using, have recently used any other medicines including prescription, over the counter drug or any other herbal medication

• Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
• Wash your hands before and after using this medication topical unless you are using the medication to manage the skin on your hands
• Apply a small amount to the affected area and rub it gently into the skin. Do not use this medicine over a large area of skin
• Do not cover the manageed skin area unless your doctor tells you to
• If you are manageing the diaper area of a baby, do not use plastic pants or tight-fitting diapers
• Do not apply on broken skin

If you forget to apply ULTITAR CS

• If you have forgotten to apply ULTITAR CS take them as soon as possible on the same day

If you stop applying ULTITAR CS

• Do not stop applying ULTITAR CS without talking to your doctor first
