TUMSUP DROPS contains a combination of Dill oil, Fennel oil and Simethicone which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiflatulents, Carminative agents, Anti-foaming agents respectively. It is used in infants and children to relieve infantile colic, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (sharp and sudden onset) and cramps, bloating, stomach discomfort due to indigestion, and regurgitation (spitting up food from the stomach or oesophagus).

TUMSUP DROPS also helps to manage constipation, gastric infections, loss of hunger due to gastric problems. Avoid intake of caffeine, chocolates, beans, fizzy drinks, spicy foods, or sprouts to reduce bloating and gas problems. It is not recommended to take TUMSUP DROPS if you have liver or kidney problems, diabetes, vomiting, ileus, and obstructive gastrointestinal colic.
