Introduction About TEPLOTA 125 ORAL SUSPENSION

Teplota 125 Oral Suspension is an antipyretic and analgesic medicine which is indicated in children to relieve mild to moderate pain in conditions such as headache, tooth ache, muscle pain, sore throat, migraine, and musculoskeletal pain.

Teplota 125 Oral Suspension can also be used as an adjunct in the management of cold and flu and for fever associated with vaccination. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient which is used to manage a wide range of painful conditions and fever.

Paracetamol relieves pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins (chemicals responsible for causing pain and swelling in the body). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat regulating centres in the brain, leading to relaxation of blood vessels, sweating and lowering of body temperature.

Always take Teplota 125 Oral Suspension as advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It should not be used for children below 2 years of age. Ask your doctor before taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Teplota 125 Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients having kidney or liver dysfunction, diabetes, hyperthyroidism (increased levels of thyroid hormone), heart disorders, fits and closed angle glaucoma (eye disease caused due to high pressure inside the eyes).
