SPASLIN + Oral Drops is a carminative mixture used in infants to manage colic pain. It provides relief from flatulence (gas) and stomach pain and improves muscle movement in the gut. It contains simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil as key ingredients.

Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent. It works by expelling the accumulated gas from the gut. Dill oil and fennel oil are derived from plant sources. They promote the movement of food through intestines in a smooth manner and manages cramping of stomach muscles.
