Introduction About RUMALAYA LINIMENT
Rumalaya liniment is an ayurvedic medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and stiffness in muscles due to arthritis (swelling in joints) and traumatic inflammatory conditions. It contains Gandhapura taila. karpoora, maricha, bakuchi seed, pudina satva, ajmoda satva, tila oil, and sarala as active ingredients that relaxes muscles and restores mobility.
Gandhapura taila, karpoora, and maricha widens the blood vessels when applied to skin which improves blood circulation, hence alleviating the pain. Bakuchi seeds, pudina satva, ajmoda satva, tila oil and sarala reduces inflammation and improves functionality of the joints.
Use Rumalaya liniment exactly as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Clean the affected area, pour four to five drops of Rumalaya liniment and massage gently until the liniment is absorbed completely. You can apply it two to three times daily to get better results. This is useful in relieving pain in back, neck, shoulders, legs, sprains etc.
