What RENERVE PLUS is used for?

RENERVE PLUS is used:

  • as a supplementation of calcium during growth, pregnancy, lactation
  • as adjunctive therapy in osteoporosis
  • to manage calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency
  • to manage osteomalacia
  • to manage malnutrition

  • are allergic to any of the ingredients in RENERVE PLUS
  • have elevated level of calcium in the blood
  • have liver or kidney problem
  • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking RENERVE PLUS

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • cardiac glycosides, diuretics (used to manage heart disease)
  • thiazide diuretics (used to manage high blood pressure)
  • systemic corticosteroids (reduce inflammation)
  • cholestyramine (used to manage itching)
  • laxatives such as paraffin oil (used to manage constipation)
  • quinolone antibiotics, tetracycline (used to manage infections)
  • bisphosphonates (used to manage Osteoporosis)
  • levothyroxine (used to manage thyroid disease)
  • Always take RENERVE PLUS exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
  • Do not crush or chew the tablet

If you take more RENERVE PLUS

  • If you take more RENERVE PLUS than you should, talk to a doctor or go to a hospital straight away
  • Symptoms of overdosage are: hypervitaminosis D and hypercalcaemia

If you forget to take RENERVE PLUS

  • If you forget to take a dose, skip the missed dose. Then take your next dose as normal
  • Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking RENERVE PLUS

  • Do not stop taking RENERVE PLUS without talking to your doctor
