RE SHEATH D Tablet 10's
Introduction About RE SHEATH D TABLET
RE SHEATH D Tablet is a vitamin supplement used to improve nerve health and to manage the worsening of nerve pain. It is popularly used to manage nerve pain in patients with diabetic neuropathy. It also manages damage to the brain cells and manages age-related decline in memory and other neurological problems. It contains Methylcobalamin, Alpha lipoic acid, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Folic acid and vitamin D3 as active ingredients.
The methylcobalamin present in the medicine is essential for the formation of a protective covering called myelin sheath around the nerves, a lack of which leads to nerve pain and sensitivity. It also offers protection to the brain cells from getting damaged.
The antioxidant effects of alpha lipoic acid manage nerve cells from getting damaged due to toxin accumulation and free radicals. This action plays a vital role in reducing the onset of age-related memory problems and other related diseases. It also has the capacity to repair damaged nerve cells of the brain.
Vitamins like pyridoxine and folic acid also restore nerve functions, improve memory and cognitive functions and control mood swings and abnormal behaviours. Besides being a bone vitamin, vitamin D3 also contains neuroprotective effects which helps in management of nerve damage.
