Introduction About PARAWEL DROPS
Parawel Drops belongs to antipyretics and analgesics agents used to relieve mild to moderate pain in conditions such as headache, tooth ache, muscle pain, sore throat, migraine, and musculoskeletal pain in children. It is also used to manage mild to moderate pain and fever associated with vaccination. It contains Paracetamol as active ingredient.
Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of a chemical called prostaglandins in the body, which are responsible for causing pain and swelling in the body. It also has a direct action on heat regulating centres in the brain, leading to peripheral vasodilation, sweating and loss of body temperature. Thus, it reduces fever.
Always give Parawel Drops to your child as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is for paediatric use. Do not give if your child is allergic to paracetamol.
