OLMESAR PLUS 40 TABLET is used to manage severe hypertension and chronic heart failure. It contains a combination of medicines called Azelnidipine and Olmesartan, which belong to the group of medicines called Antihypertensives. Azelnidipine works by blocking calcium channels in blood vessels, which helps them relax and lower blood pressure.
