OFRON M SYRUP is a combination of Metronidazole, Ofloxacin and Simethicone which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics and Gastrointestinal agents respectively. It is used to manage gastrointestinal infections, chest infections, diarrhoea & dysentery, amoebiasis, intra-abdominal infections, gastroenteritis, antibiotic associated colitis, giardiasis, anaerobic infections, inflammatory bowel syndrome, bloating and distension.

Avoid taking alcohol with OFRON M SYRUP. It is not recommended in patients with kidney problems and epilepsy. OFRON M SYRUP should be used with caution in patients with dermatitis. Take rest and relax. Get enough sleep. Avoid driving or operate any machines if you feel dizzy. Do not take alcohol, as it can increase dizziness. Contact your doctor if the dizziness does not improve.

Headache

Rest and relax. Consume lots of water and electrolytes. Use a pain-relieving balm if necessary. Do not consume alcohol. Contact your doctor if the headache persists.

Nausea And Vomiting

Take the medication right before or after eating. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oily or spicy food. If the nausea and vomiting does not improve, consult your doctor.
