INTRODUCTION

NORFLOX E/E DROPS contains Norfloxacin which belongs to a group of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. It is used to manage bacterial infections of the eye and ears. Norfloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent that exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting the DNA gyrase, an essential enzyme involved in DNA replication. Use it in the dose and duration as prescribed by your physician.  

Always use NORFLOX E/E DROPS exactly as directed by your doctor. Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have or had any allergies, viral infections, liver, kidney or heart conditions. Consult the doctor for advice if pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not suitable for use in children under 1 year of age. The common side effects are local discomfort, burning or irritation. Avoid wearing contact lenses if having signs and symptoms of bacterial infection.
