Introduction About NEO ALCINAC MR TABLET
NEO ALCINAC MR TABLET is used in the management of muscular pains and spasms. It can also be used to provide relief from joint pain (Ex. osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis) and back pain (Ex. ankylosing spondylitis). It contains a combination of Aceclofenac, Chlorzoxazone and Paracetamol.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol are pain relieving medicines. They alleviate pain by inhibiting the release of specific chemicals, like prostaglandins, in the body, which are responsible for causing pain, inflammation, and swelling.
Chlorzoxazone operates primarily by hindering nerve impulses (or signals) in the spinal cord and the brain, which ultimately leads to muscle relaxation.
Take NEO ALCINAC MR TABLET preferably with meals to avoid gut irritation. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it could aggravate the risk of stomach problems. Do not take NEO ALCINAC MR TABLET if you have stomach ulcers, bleeding or perforations in the gut.
Before taking NEO ALCINAC MR TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have diabetes, hypertension, high blood cholesterol, any inflammation in the bowel or intestines, blood clots, bleeding problems or a previous history of stomach ulcers as a precaution.

Additionally, establishing a regular bathroom routine and allowing yourself enough time to fully empty your bowels can be helpful. Over-the-counter laxatives or stool softeners may provide relief for occasional constipation, but it's best to use them sparingly and under the guidance of a healthcare professional. If constipation persists or is accompanied by severe symptoms such as abdominal pain or bleeding, it's crucial to seek medical advice for proper evaluation and> management.

Mouth Ulcers
To manage mouth ulcers, start by maintaining good oral hygiene, including gentle brushing and rinsing with saltwater or a mild mouthwash. Avoid spicy, acidic, or rough-textured foods that may irritate the ulcers. Applying a small amount of honey or coconut oil directly to the ulcer can provide temporary relief and promote healing. Over-the-counter topical managements containing benzocaine or lignocaine oral gels can help numb the pain and reduce inflammation.
