Introduction About MYOLAXIN D SPRAY
Myolaxin-D Spray is a muscle relaxant used to relieve muscular aches, pains, sprains and strains. It is also used to relieve joint pain, lower back pain and osteoarthritis (joint degeneration). It contains diclofenac, capsaicin, methyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil, camphor and menthol as active ingredients that work together to relieve aches and pains.
Diclofenac and methyl salicylate reduces the formation of prostaglandins (certain chemicals which are responsible to cause pain and swelling in the joints). Capsaicin helps to block the pain messages to nerves.
Menthol dilates the blood vessels causing a sensation of coldness, followed by a pain-relieving effect. Camphor stimulates circulation by interacting with sensory nerves’ receptors. Eucalyptus oil has analgesic (pain relieving) properties.
Always use Myolaxin-D Spray exactly as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Do not apply Myolaxin-D Spray on open wounds. Avoid using if you have influenza or chicken pox. Avoid contact with your eyes and face. Avoid inhalation of Myolaxin-D Spray.
