INTRODUCTION
MELSOMA NANO ORAL contain melatonin which belongs to a group of medicine called melatonin receptor agonists. It is used to manage primary insomnia (difficulty in getting to sleep or staying asleep, or poor quality of sleep for at least one month).
Primary insomnia is a condition where the ability to fall asleep and/or stay asleep is decreased. This results in daytime effects such as fatigue, dozing off and irritability which is due to sleep deprivation. The sleep problems of primary insomnia are not associated with lifestyle habits or a medical or psychiatric cause. The most common side effects are MELSOMA NANO ORAL day-time drowsiness, headache, and dizziness. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
