Drink plenty of clear fluids, like water, diluted fruit juices, or oral rehydration solutions, to stay hydrated. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic beverages, as they can worsen dehydration. Gradually take bland, low-fiber foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast to help firm up stools. Probiotics, found in yogurt or supplements, may help restore the balance of gut bacteria. Practice good hand hygiene to prevent the spread of infection. Consult your doctor if diarrhea worsens.

Sip water frequently throughout the day to keep your mouth moist. Use a humidifier in your bedroom at night to add moisture to the air. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss daily. Use fluoride toothpaste to help prevent tooth decay. Use an alcohol-free mouthwash. Some mouthwashes are specifically formulated for dry mouth. Chewing sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free lozenges can stimulate saliva production.
Nausea And Vomiting
Eating small amounts more frequently can help prevent the stomach from becoming too full and reduce nausea. Opt for bland, easy-to-digest foods like crackers, toast, rice, bananas, and applesauce. Avoid strong smells and spicy foods, as they can trigger or worsen nausea. Sip on clear liquids like water, broth, or herbal teas.
