How HYPERTONE 6MG OINTMENT Works

HYPERTONE 6MG OINTMENT contains progesterone which is a synthetic form of naturally occurring female sex hormone. Upon application into the vagina, it slowly releases the medicine and mimic as a natural progesterone which is required in maintaining optimum uterine thickness for egg implantation and maintenance of pregnancy in the early stages.

How to use HYPERTONE 6MG OINTMENT

  • Use HYPERTONE 6MG OINTMENT under medical supervision
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  • HYPERTONE 6MG OINTMENT usually comes with a pre-filled applicator. Take the required amount of the medicine into the gel applicator
  • Lie on your back with your knees bent or stand with one foot elevated, whichever is more comfortable for you.
  • Gently insert the gel using the applicator into your vagina, pushing it as far as comfortable.
  • Slowly press the plunger to release the gel into the vagina.
  • Remove the applicator and discard it if it’s disposable or wash it with soap and water if it’s reusable.
  • Wash your hands again after the application.
  • Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding the timing and frequency of use.
