Introduction About HYAL ORAL TABLET
HYAL ORAL TABLET contains Sodium hyaluronate, which belongs to the group of medicines called Glycosaminoglycans. It is used in the management of osteoarthritis in patients who have failed to respond adequately to simple analgesics and conservative non-pharmacologic therapy.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative bone disease characterized by severe chronic pain in joints of the hands, neck, lower back, knees, or hips. It is caused by the gradual wearing down of cartilage (protective tissue at the ends of bones) and the underlying bone.
People taking HYAL ORAL TABLET or any other viscosupplementation should be advised to avoid any prolonged (for more than an hour) or strenuous activities (like lifting heavy weights, running, or jumping).
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart disease. HYAL ORAL TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.
HYAL ORAL TABLET is generally safe and does not cause any side effects. However, if you experience any unusual side effects after taking this medicine, inform your doctor.
