Introduction About FOLMECYSTEINE TABLET

FOLMECYSTEINE Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to support proper foetal growth and development among pregnant women. It also reduces the severity of morning sickness (nausea and vomiting). It contains folic acid, Methylcobalamin and pyridoxine as the active ingredients.

Folic acid is proven to manage neural tube defects (NTD; birth defects of brain and spinal cord) in the growing baby and therefore, it is highly preferred for use both in pregnant women and in women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

Methylcobalamin manages spontaneous abortions, low birth weight in babies and other pregnancy related complications like anemia and preeclampsia. Both folic acid and methylcobalamin also manage pre-term births, reduces congenital heart defects and other congenital abnormalities.

Pyridoxine is an essential B-Vitamin that is believed to block the actions of certain substances in the body that triggers nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
