Introduction About EZORB 560MG TABLET

Ezorb is a calcium supplement that is used for the management of osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), loss of bone mass, cartilage and joint damages, bone fracture and bone spur, back pain, muscle pain, fibromyalgia (body pain), low levels of calcium, as well to boost energy.

It contains calcium aspartate as an active ingredient that helps to support bone and cartilage health.

Calcium aspartate helps to increase serum calcium levels by enhancing calcium absorption in the intestines and retention in kidneys. It also increases phosphate resorption, as a result decreases serum phosphate levels, parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels and bone resorption. Calcium aspartate stimulates osteoblastic activity (bone forming cells) and collagen production thereby helps to increase bone density.

Always take Ezorb exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow it with a glass of water, do not crush or chew the medicine unless your doctor has instructed to do. Take Ezorb along with food if you have achlorhydria (absence of Hydrochloric acid in gastric secretions).

It is not recommended to take Ezorb if you have kidney stones, excess calcium and vitamin D levels, or hyperparathyroidism (increased levels of PTH). Keep a check on your food habits as consuming foods containing more calcium along with supplementary medicines may increases the risk of kidney stone formation in both men and women.
