EXTHRO 250 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with heart rhythm disorders or with a family history of heart rhythm disorders, an abnormality of the electrocardiogram, or low levels of potassium or magnesium in the blood.
EXTHRO 250 TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver or heart disease, myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), who have or ever had diarrhea following the use of antibiotics.
EXTHRO 250 TABLET should be used with caution in pregnant women and with sexually transmitted disease syphilis. It should be used with caution in breast-feeding women.
