Introduction About EXCELA MAX MOISTURISER
Excela Max Moisturiser is a moisturiser cream used to manage dry and itchy skin. It contains D Panthenol, glycerine, light liquid paraffin, and white soft paraffin as active ingredients which helps to restore skin barrier and provides soothing effect to irritated skin.
D panthenol is an emollient and humectant which reduces transepidermal water loss (amount of water that evaporates through skin) and maintains skin integrity by improved skin barrier effect. Light liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin acts as a barrier by providing an oil layer on the skin surface which helps to lock moisture on the skin, reducing evaporation of water from the skin surface thus managing dry skin. Glycerine is an emollient which keeps the skin hydrated thus improving skin barrier in dry skin conditions.
