Introduction About EBERCLIN M CREAM
EBERCLIN M CREAM is a combination of Eberconazole and Mometasone which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungals and Corticosteroids respectively. It is used to manage fungal infections of the skin folds and skin in those individuals who have compromised immunity and in general.
EBERCLIN M CREAM is not recommended for use in conditions like rosacea (a skin condition affecting the face), acne, dermatitis around the mouth, thinning of the skin, genital itching, nappy rash, cold sores, warts, ulcerated skin, shingles, chickenpox, wounds and other skin infections. Before using EBERCLIN M CREAM inform your doctor if you are taking or using any other medicines including prescription or non-prescription medicines to manage the risk of any unusual effects.
EBERCLIN M CREAM should not be used in pregnant and breast-feeding women and in children below 2 years of age. Consult your doctor for advice before using this medicine. The most common side effects of using EBERCLIN M CREAM are itching and skin redness. Consult your doctor if any of the side effect worsens.

How EBERCLIN M CREAM Works
EBERCLIN M CREAM helps in managing fungal infections of the skin where Eberconazole is an Antifungal medicine which works by stopping the growth of fungi by binding to certain receptors that stop the formation of fungal hormone (ergosterol). Due to the lack of the hormone ergosterol, the fungi are not able to survive. Mometasone inhibits the substances that cause inflammation such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes and helps relieving the inflammation.
How to use EBERCLIN M CREAM
Always apply EBERCLIN M CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. A thin layer of the medicine has to be applied on the affected area. Use this medicine for time it has been prescribed by your doctor even if your symptoms start getting better. Managed areas need not be covered with plaster or bandage. Wash hands before and after the application of EBERCLIN M CREAM. Avoid applying this medicine around your eyes, including eyelids, nose and mouth. Your doctor will decide the correct dose, frequency and duration of EBERCLIN M CREAM for you depending upon your age and severity of the condition.
