Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
- are allergic to fungal Diastase / Pepsin or any other ingredient in DIPEP
- have crohn's disease
- have formation of fibrous tissue in the colon
- have gout
- have high amount of uric acid in the blood
- have inadequate absorption of nutrients due to short bowel
- have intestinal obstruction in the fetus or newborn
- have stomach or intestinal tract operation or blockage

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
- Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Fungal Diastase / Pepsin may interact with the following drugs and products: Acarbose and Miglitol
- Take this medicine as directed by your doctor
- Dosage is based on your condition
If you take more DIPEP
- If you take more of DIPEP consult your doctor immediately
If you forget to take DIPEP
- If a dose is missed, do not take a double dose; just carry on with the next recommended dose when it is due
If you stop taking DIPEP
- Talk to your doctor before stopping to take DIPEP
