How DINIBACT 300MG TABLET Works

How To Manage Side Effects

Dizziness Or Drowsiness

Sit or lie down as soon as you feel dizzy to prevent falls and stay still until the sensation passes. Slowly change positions, especially when getting up from sitting or lying down, to avoid sudden drops in blood pressure. Staying hydrated is key, as dehydration can cause or worsen dizziness. Ensure you're eating regularly to maintain blood sugar levels, and avoid alcohol or caffeine, which can exacerbate dizziness. Resting in a cool, quiet environment can help, especially if the dizziness is related to stress or overheating. If dizziness persists or is accompanied by other symptoms like chest pain or severe headache, seek medical attention.

Nausea And Vomiting

Taking the antibiotic with food can help, as it can reduce stomach irritation. However, check if the specific antibiotic can be taken with food, as some require an empty stomach for proper absorption. Staying hydrated is essential; drinking small sips of water throughout the day can help ease nausea. Eating smaller, more frequent meals with bland, easy-to-digest foods like crackers, toast, or rice can also alleviate symptoms. Ginger, whether in tea or as a supplement, is known to help with nausea. If the nausea persists or worsens, it’s important to consult a healthcare provider, as they might adjust the dosage or switch to a different antibiotic.
