Introduction About CYNICAL D TABLET

CYNICAL D Tablet is a bone health supplement used to manage or manage low blood calcium level conditions such as osteoporosis (bone loss), osteomalacia, rickets (weak bones), hypoparathyroidism (decreased activity of the parathyroid gland), and tetanus (a muscle disease). It is also used in pregnant, lactating and post-menopausal women. It contains calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 as active ingredients.

Calcium is essential for normal functioning of the nerves, cells, muscles, and bones. Vitamin D3 helps the gut to absorb calcium and phosphorus from the diet for building and maintaining strong bones.
