CHYMOMERG A TABLET is a combination of Aceclofenac, Bromelain, Rutoside, and Trypsin which belongs to the group of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), Protein-digesting enzymes and Herbal analgesic respectively. It is used to manage pain and inflammation related to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and tendonitis. CHYMOMERG A TABLET relieves inflammation where aceclofenac blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain (cyclooxygenase 2) responsible for inducing pain and inflammation, trypsin breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, bromelain reduces inflammatory cell (neutrophils) migration and pro-inflammatory cytokines secretion, and rutoside blocks pro-inflammatory genes transcription in human macrophages (type of inflammatory cells).
