Introduction About CALPOL 120MG SUSPENSION

Calpol 120 Strawberry Flavour Suspension is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory agent which helps to reduce the high temperature (fever) and provide relief from mild to moderate pain in children. It contains the active ingredient Paracetamol.

Paracetamol provides analgesic (reduce pain) and antipyretic (reduce fever) effect by blocking the effects of prostaglandin (substance produced during injury and inflammation causing pain and increases the body temperature) and blocks the pain signals between the nerve endings and brain.

Always give Calpol 120 Strawberry Flavour Suspension as advised by your physician. The usual dose depends on the child’s age, body weight and health condition. Shake well before each use. Use a measuring cup given with the package for correct dosing. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not give Calpol 120 Strawberry Flavour Suspension if your child is allergic to paracetamol.
