ASTIUM D3 contains the below mentioned components, which have the following uses:
Calcium Citrate:
- It is a water-soluble form of calcium that is well absorbed and primarily found in the bones
Vitamin D3:
- Vitamin D3 is important for the absorption of calcium from the stomach and for the functioning of calcium in the body
- It helps in optimal calcium absorption, suppress bones resorption, prevents bone loss in osteoporosis
- It supports the proper functioning of the nervous and immune system
Magnesium:
- It is essential for the formation of bones and teeth and for the release of energy from food
- It helps in bone mineralization and needed for synthesis of connective tissue
Zinc:
- It is required for growth and cell function, bone metabolism
- It protects the cells from oxidative stress
