Introduction About AMIUR H 2.5/25MG TABLET

AMIUR H 2.5/25MG TABLET is a combination of Amiloride and Hydrochlorothiazide, which belongs to the group of medicines called Potassium-sparing and Thiazide diuretics. It is used to lower blood pressure in hypertensive (high blood pressure) patients. Hypertension is a condition when the blood flows at high pressure inside the body, which may cause symptoms such as early morning headaches, nosebleeds, irregular heart rhythms, vision changes and buzzing in the ears and may also cause chest pain and muscle tremors in severe cases, etc.

Hypertension can also lead to life-threatening events such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure, kidney damage, etc. AMIUR H 2.5/25MG TABLET is also used in the management therapy for heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis with ascites (scarring of the liver caused by long-term liver damage) and fluid build-up.

How AMIUR H 2.5/25MG TABLET Works

AMIUR H 2.5/25MG TABLET is a combination of amiloride and hydrochlorothiazide.
