ALL 9 Boh Tablet is a dietary supplement used to provide nutrition (vitamin and mineral) during pregnancy. It contains vitamin C, elemental selenium, elemental zinc, elemental iodine, methylcobalamin, L-methylfolate calcium, niacinamide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, vitamin E, vitamin A as active ingredients that help in meeting the increased nutritional demand during pregnancy.
Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and selenium act as antioxidants that react with unstable free radicals, thereby lowering the cell damage caused by the oxidative stress induced by these free radicals. Free radicals are unstable oxygen species that tend to bind to the phospholipids (cell membrane forming agents) and damage the cell membrane, ultimately causing cell death.
