Dental plaque is a major cause of the gum disease and tooth decay. Regular flossing with Thermoseal Waxed dental Floss helps to remove plaque between your teeth and along with gum line, where your toothbrush cannot reach.

Snap off about 18 inches (45cm) of Thermoseal Waxed dental Floss. Wind the floss across the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2.25 inches of floss in between. Gently glide the floss between your teeth and then use up-and-down motion to clean, taking care to avoid the gums.

Using a clean section of the floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth. Never snap your floss into your gums. When the floss reaches your gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it to the space between the gums and tooth. Stop when you feel resistance.

During the initial days of usage, your gums might feel sore or slightly bleed. Don’t be alarmed. As you remove the plague every day, your gums will regain its health and the bleeding will stop. If the bleeding continues, consult your dentist.
