Made from a thermo-sensitive PVC material, it is designed to soften at body temperature and conform to the patient's tracheal anatomy. The integrated high-volume, low-pressure cuff creates a seal against the trachea wall, which facilitates positive pressure ventilation and reduces the risk of aspiration.
