3. Ensure the blue-colored side faces outwards, away from your face.
4. Hold the mask by the ear loops and place a loop around each ear.
5. Pinch the stiff edge to conform to the shape of your nose.
6. Pull the bottom of the mask down to cover your mouth and chin, ensuring there are no gaps.
7. After use, remove the mask using the ear loops without touching the front surface and dispose of it in a closed bin.
