How Teicoplanin works

Teicoplanin works by inhibiting the formation of bacterial cell wall, thereby impairing the bonds that hold the bacterial cell wall together. This allows holes in the bacterial cell wall, which kills the bacteria. Thus, helps in treating and preventing the spread of infection.
