How Pregabalin works

Pregabalin controls seizure (fits) by reducing the abnormal activity of the nerve cells in the brain. It also reduces pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals across the nervous system. It relieves anxiety by reducing the release of certain brain chemicals that causes abnormal mood stimulation and anxiety.

• If you experience, any signs of serious skin reaction involving reddish non-elevated, target-like, or circular patches on the trunk, often with central blisters, skin peeling, ulcers of mouth, throat, nose, genitals, and eyes (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis)
• If you experience yellow discoloration of the skin and whites of the eyes
• If you get suicidal thoughts
