How Orciprenaline works

Orciprenaline works by stimulating ß2-adrenergic receptors in lungs which leads to relaxation of muscles and airways, thus aiding in easier breathing and treating wheezing and shortness of breath (due to lung problems) in affected individuals.

• Palpitation (pounding heart)
• Finger tremor
• Headache

Consult your doctor if you experience:

• In case of accidental overdose or poisoning
• Severe palpitations (fast/pounding/irregular heartbeat)
• Severe muscle cramps
• Extreme weakness
• Chest pain
• Signs of serious allergic reaction such as rash, itching/swelling, severe dizziness, and/or trouble breathing

• Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking Orciprenaline as it can cause dizziness
• Do not drive while taking this medicine as it can cause dizziness
• Regular breathing exercise and yoga is beneficial to improve breathing
• Orciprenaline should be used with caution during pregnancy only if it is clearly necessary.  Consult your doctor before taking the medicine
