Mometasone reduces the redness and itchiness of skin by blocking the production of chemical messenger, prostaglandin which is responsible for causing redness and itchiness of skin and terbinafine causes destruction of fungi by forming holes in the cell membrane of fungi which results in the degradation of fungi cell thereby causing its destruction and providing relief from the infection.

• Drink plenty of water to reduce dehydration
• Avoid alcohol while taking antibiotics, as it can reduce their effectiveness and may lead to more pronounced side effects
