How Levosulpiride+Rabeprazole works
Levosulpiride+Rabeprazole reduces stomach ulcers, nausea and acid reflux, where rabeprazole acts by inhibiting the secretions of stomach acid by blocking the proton pump (H+ K+ ATPase) at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells and levosulpiride acts by blocking the dopamine D2 receptors in the CTZ (area in medulla oblongata that causes vomiting when stimulated) and in the gut, thus facilitating the movement of food from the stomach into the intestines followed by healing of ulcers or inflammatory lesions in the stomach and in the esophagus.
