• Take Lactitol as advised by your physician. Strictly follow the dosing schedule as instructed by your physician. Do not take Lactitol for more than the prescribed duration
• Along with the treatment, eat plenty of fibre rich foods, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly
• While taking Lactitol, always leave a time gap of minimum of two hours between Lactitol and other medications
• Before taking Lactitol, inform your doctor if you have any stomach problems
• Lactitol is not recommended for use in patients with intestinal obstruction, faecal impaction, or colonic atony and in patients hypersensitive to ispaghula or lactitol
