How Hydroquinone+Mometasone+Tretinoin works

Hydroquinone is a skin bleaching agent that blocks the enzyme tyrosinase, which is responsible for the production of melanin that causes pigmentation. Thus, it helps with the fading of dark spots on the skin. Tretinoin helps to recover the damage to the skin caused by sun exposure (photodamage) by thickening the skin layer and preventing the loss of keratinized cells. It helps to rejuvenate the skin. Mometasone furoate blocks prostaglandin synthesis and reduces redness, swelling, and itching caused by tretinoin and other skin infections.
