The combination of Gabapentin and Nortriptyline used to manage neuropathic pain. Gabapentin works by binding to the specific site on voltage-gated calcium channels, which in turn helps in relieving nerve pain. Nortriptyline works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of signals of pain in the brain.
