The combination of Etodolac and Tolperisone is used in adults for the management of acute inflammatory conditions associated with muscle spasm characterized by weakness, swelling and muscle pain.

Etodolac + Tolperisone acts as a painkiller and muscle relaxant where Etodolac works by blocking the effects of prostaglandin (substance produced during injury and inflammation causing pain) pain signals between the brain and nerve endings and Tolperisone blocks the effects of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter responsible for muscle contraction).
