Etodolac + Tolperisone acts as a painkiller and muscle relaxant where Etodolac works by blocking the effects of prostaglandin (substance produced during injury and inflammation causing pain) pain signals between the brain and nerve endings and Tolperisone blocks the effects of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter responsible for muscle contraction).

Also, it is not recommended for use in individuals with asthma, having pain before or after bypass surgery and urticaria (red and itchy skin)
