Doxylamine is an anti-allergic medicine. It blocks the actions of certain chemicals in the body that causes nausea and vomiting. Pyridoxine is a vitamin B supplement. It supplements our body with necessary vitamins that is required for proper foetal growth and development. Collectively, they both reduce nausea and vomiting during pregnancy while replacing the lost nutrients.
