Uses of Diclofenac+Dicyclomine+Paracetamol

The combination of Diclofenac+Dicyclomine+Paracetamol is used to relieve pain and spasm in conditions like primary dysmenorrhoea, spasmodic dysmenorrhoea, surgical pain & spasm, renal colic, biliary colic, uterine colic (pain due to block in urinary tract by stone) and backache.

Diclofenac+Dicyclomine+Paracetamol act as a painkiller and muscle relaxant where Diclofenac and Paracetamol works by reducing the effects of prostaglandin (substance produced during injury and inflammation causing pain) thereby blocking the pain signals between the brain and nerve endings and Dicyclomine blocks the effects of bradykinin and histamine (chemical substances responsible for muscle contraction) thereby reduces muscle contraction and provide relief from spasms.
