Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate helps to manage vertigo, where Cinnarizine blocks the calcium channels, inhibiting smooth muscle contraction and improves microcirculation to inner ear and relieves vertigo or spinning sensation. Dimenhydrinate blocks the action of chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

• in case of accidental overdosage

• if you experience rash, itching, hives on the skin, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body causing wheezing, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath and severe skin reactions

• Do not drive or operate any machines if you feel dizziness, drowsiness or sleepy after taking the medicine
• Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate, because it may make you tired or sleepy
• Elevate your head while sleeping: If you suffer from nighttime reflux, try raising the head of your bed or sleeping with an extra pillow to reduce acid reflux symptoms. Consult your doctor for advice
